Terms & Conditions: Premium Web Design Package

Here you can find our full terms and conditions for the above package. Any changes to these terms are at the discretion of Pomegranate 7 and any associated partners.

The “Premium” package includes the following comprehensive deliverables:

Fully Bespoke Design: A 100% custom visual layout tailored specifically to your brand.
Page Limit: Up to 12 (twelve) unique custom-designed pages.
Platform: The website will be built using your chosen platform (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, etc.) as agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
Responsiveness: The design will be fully mobile and tablet-optimised, ensuring seamless compatibility across all devices.
Included Enhancements: Google Analytics and conversion tracking setup, a tailored CMS user guide, a basic SEO setup package, and branded email setup.

Design Process & Revisions

Initial Concepts: We will provide distinct design ideas for the core aesthetic and homepage layout before full site development begins.
Revisions: The package includes structured rounds of feedback and design adjustments during the creation phase to ensure the final layout meets your exact standards.
Out of Scope: Any revisions exceeding the agreed design rounds, or requests for additional pages beyond the initial 12, will be billed at our standard add-on rates.

Content & Management

Editable Content: Upon completion, the Client will have the ability to update text and images via the content management dashboard, supported by your tailored CMS user guide.
Design Integrity: The structural custom design, CSS, and layout architecture are not intended for client modification. We are not responsible for site “breaks” caused by Client attempts to alter the underlying custom code.
Content Provision: The Client is responsible for providing all text, high-resolution logos, and specific imagery. Delays in providing content may result in project delivery delays.

Hosting & Domain Services

Package Exclusion: Website hosting and domain name registration fees are not included in the £2,850 package price.
In-House Hosting: We offer professional hosting services as a separate subscription (£90/year). If you choose to host with us, we will handle the full setup, deployment, and free core updates.
External Hosting: If you prefer to use a third-party provider, you are responsible for all external server costs. Sites hosted externally are responsible for their own server-side security and updates.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable 10% commencement fee (£285) is required before any design or development work can begin.
Final Balance: The remaining 90% balance (£2,565) is due upon approval of the final design and prior to the website being launched or transferred.
Recurring Fees: If you opt for our in-house hosting or add-on services, those payments must be settled before the site goes live.

Support

Monthly Support: This package includes 30 minutes of free support per month for minor site changes.
Free Updates: Core security and system updates are completely free provided you host the site with us.
Exclusions: Monthly free support does not accumulate, roll over, or cover major structural redesigns, new feature builds, or issues caused by third-party plugin updates or unauthorised Client code changes.
