Terms & Conditions: Elevated Branding Package

Here you can find our full terms and conditions for the above package. Any changes to these terms are at the discretion of Pomegranate 7 and any associated partners.

The “Elevated” branding package includes the following comprehensive deliverables:

• Expanded Logo Suite: A complete primary logo, secondary logo, and dedicated brand mark tailored for established brands.
• Initial Concepts: We will provide 5 distinct design concepts to establish the creative direction.
• File Formats: Delivery of final approved designs in full vector and web-ready file exports (e.g., SVG, PNG, EPS).
• Stationery & Collateral: Print-ready business card and letterhead design, plus your choice of 2 marketing collateral items (e.g., flyer, banner, or promotional assets).
• Out of Scope: Presentation/slide deck design and full Brand Style Guide documents are excluded from this tierand can be purchased separately as add-ons.

Design Process & Revisions

• Revisions: This package includes 4 rounds of revisions based on the chosen initial concept. A “round” is defined as a collated list of change requests submitted by the Client at one time.
• Additional Revisions: Any revisions exceeding the fourth round, or requests to completely switch directions/concepts after initial sign-off, will be billed at our standard hourly or add-on rates.

Asset Ownership & Usage

• Copyright Transfer: Upon full settlement of the final balance, full copyright and ownership of the final approved logo suite and collateral designs are transferred to the Client.
• Unselected Concepts: All unselected initial design concepts, preliminary sketches, and rejected drafts remain the intellectual property of the designer and may not be used, altered, or reproduced without written consent.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed branding work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media channels.

Client Responsibilities & Feedback

• Timely Communication: To maintain project schedules, the Client agrees to provide prompt feedback and requested copy/asset inputs. Delays in communication may result in adjusted project delivery windows.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable 10% commencement fee (£110) is required before any design or research work can begin.
• Final Balance: The remaining 90% balance (£990) is due upon approval of the final design and prior to the delivery of the master source and vector files.

Support & Post-Delivery

• File Archiving: Once final source files are delivered, the Client is responsible for maintaining secure backups. While we may store archives, we are not liable for lost files post-handover.
