Terms & Conditions: Premium Branding Package

The “Premium” branding package includes the following comprehensive deliverables:

Complete Logo Suite: A fully bespoke primary logo, secondary logo, and monogram/sub-mark tailored for established organizations.
Initial Concepts: We will provide 6 distinct design concepts to establish the creative direction.
File Formats: Delivery of final approved designs in full vector and web-ready file exports (e.g., SVG, PNG, EPS).
Collateral & Templates: Branded stationery and print collateral suite, a multi-slide presentation slide deck, and social media profile and cover graphic templates.
Brand Guidelines: A comprehensive Brand Guidelines document detailing typography, color palettes, and logo usage rules.
Out of Scope: Full website design and development are excluded from this tier and can be purchased separately as core web packages or add-ons.

Design Process & Revisions

Revisions: This package includes unlimited revisions during the design phase for the selected concept to ensure complete satisfaction. Revisions must remain within the agreed project scope.
Scope Changes: Requests to completely switch core concepts or redesign directions after initial sign-off may incur additional charges or adjusted timelines.

Asset Ownership & Usage

Copyright Transfer: Upon full settlement of the final balance, full copyright and ownership of the final approved logo suite, guidelines, and collateral designs are transferred to the Client.
Unselected Concepts: All unselected initial design concepts, preliminary sketches, and rejected drafts remain the intellectual property of the designer and may not be used, altered, or reproduced without written consent.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed branding work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media channels.

Client Responsibilities & Feedback

Timely Communication: To maintain project schedules, the Client agrees to provide prompt feedback and requested input. Delays in communication may result in adjusted project delivery windows.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable 10% commencement fee (£165) is required before any design or research work can begin.
Final Balance: The remaining 90% balance (£1,485) is due upon approval of the final brand package and prior to the delivery of the master source and vector files.

Support & Post-Delivery

File Archiving: Once final source files and brand guidelines are delivered, the Client is responsible for maintaining secure backups. While we may store archives, we are not liable for lost files post-handover.
